Returns & Refunds Policy

All products are made to order through our production partner, Printify. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind.
However, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund under the following conditions:
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect (wrong item, size, or design)
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
Once approved, we will:
- Send a replacement at no cost or
- Issue a full refund
Non-Returnable Items
Because all items are custom made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size ordered
- Change of mind
- Color differences due to screen display
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
- It will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear on your account

If your order is marked as delivered but not received:
